Peter P. Gambacorta President / CEO
Mr. Gambacorta is a professional training consultant with many years of experience in training sales forces for numerous companies. He is a member of ASTD National, ASTD Gulf Coast Chapter and the Training Officers Consortium in Washington, DC. His articles have been published in several national healthcare publications and he is frequently a featured speaker at national conventions and seminars. Peter Gambacorta has been associated with training most of his adult life starting as a primary instructor with the U.S. Army 98th Division Training. For the majority of his career Mr. Gambacorta was involved in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry where he was a Field Trainer and conducted training on a national and regional level. He also designed and implemented training courses for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2002, Mr. Gambacorta became Vice President - Business Development for Alongside Management which is now Yukon Learning Group. As founder and CEO of Access Health Consultants, a provider of marketing services and training for healthcare professionals, he developed a twelve module, multi-media course 'Marketing Your Practice' which has become a standard in the industry. In 2009 Access Health Consultants became a divison of The Learning Retention Company. Mr.Gambacorta is still president of the AHC division as well as LRC.

Mr. Vaka has designed and implemented media-enhanced courses for a broad range of learners. He has developed many Web-based training courses for a wide spectrum of Federal Government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, FDIC, FEMA, TSA and the White House. Mr. Vaka applies his experience as a teacher, business owner, and training specialist to determine appropriate learning methods and develop courseware. In addition to his education and training experience, Mr. Vaka has a in-depth background in publishing, commercial illustration, and film production.
