Who writes the scenarios that go into Cameo? … I don’t have time to do that.

We provide training that shows you how to use Cameo and how to build a good scenario.  We can also assist you by creating scenarios for you based upon the course objectives and the work environment where the key principles must be applied. The better the senario the better the outcome.

Will Cameo work with my LMS?

Yes.  We are near completion of an API that will let your LMS exchange data with Cameo.

How do I get my users loaded into Cameo?

Let us load your Learners iwith Cameo … it takes only seconds to enter their name, email address and then assign them to courses.  You can also use our Import tool to load Learners that have been exported from your LMS or HRIS.

Our people get too many emails already:

This is a common concern.  What we have found so far is that if you take time to build the expectation with learners, they often look forward to receiving the scenarios.  Our current first-time response rate across multiple clients is 87%.

Can we use video or Flash in the emails?

Not today.  We try to keep Cameo easy to use for both you and the Learner.

How many customers are using it today?

We launched Cameo in October and have many large clients using it today.

How are customers using Cameo?

Customers are using Cameo to reinforce all types of learning including instructor-led and online courses in areas such as leadership, sales, coaching, performance management and compliance training. We even have a client using Cameo as a pre-assessment before the course to help them customize the workshop they plan to deliver.

What kinds of courses can you use Cameo for?

Hasn’t someone already done something like this before?

Short answer is “No.”  There are a number of really good learning tools that also focus on the reinforcement but Cameo is the only one that helps you “keep your content alive” by “pushing” learning to your audience via email.

Is there a Free Trial of Cameo?

We currently do not offer a free trial.  But, we do offer a new “Sneak Preview” package that lets you reinforce learning for one course using Cameo.  This lets you use the full Cameo system at a reduced cost and to make sure you are successful, we assign someone to work with you every step of the way.

How can I share Cameo with others on my team?

We would love to help you do that.  Our website, Cameo.net is a great source of information.  We can also schedule a short online demonstration of Cameo for you and your team.

I don’t want to put my people’s email addresses out there on the Internet.

We understand.  We take this seriously as well.  Cameo provides secure access to your data via SSL, an encryption technology that protects your private information while it’s on transit via the Internet.  And our servers are protected by a dedicated Cisco firewall that is monitored in our data center 24 hours a day, every day.

I like the idea, but I don’t have any budget this year to do something like this.

What if people don’t respond to emails?

Good question.  Cameo has a built-in reminder feature that you can configure to send reminder emails to those who have not responded.  Our current first-time response rate is 87%.  Using this reminder functionality raises that number to 92%.

Is my data backed up?

Always.  We run backups on a daily basis.  And you always have the ability export your data as well.

Do you provide training?

Yes we do.  We want to make sure you are successful using Cameo.  In our training sessions, you will learn how to use Cameo, how to build good scenarios and best practices for getting started.  We also give you access to an online support community where you can get quick answers to your questions.

We provide an online support community where you can get quick answers to your questions.  Our customer support team is available Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm EST ( 866 912 4355 toll free) to help you with any issues you might experience.  We also publish a Blog that highlights upcoming features planned for Cameo, as well as stories of how others are using it.
